Creating an outfit can either be easy or difficult. On some days the silhouette will come right away, almost composing by itself. On other, it will be a total nightmare - even though your wardrobe is full of amazing clothes. This is the reason why many of us choose to go for one minimalistic go-to silhouette.

The issue? Getting bored to look kind of always the same. So what is my solution for it? Try to add specific elements to your outfit. The kind that brings dimension to your silhouette. It can come from accessories or some part of the look.

One guideline to create a fantastic outfit is to make sure it doesn't look flat. To do so, you should always add a little chaos to your minimalistic silhouette. The idea is to disrupt a maybe too perfect outfit. Disrupt it enough to create a nice twist that will take the all look to the next level.

If you want to reproduce this look, here are some tips and tricks for you.

Be multidimensional: To twist your minimalistic go-to silhouette, pick the elements that will be disruptive and compose your look around it. It can be in small touches, such as accessories, or a statement piece of clothing. For this particular silhouette, I found this exquisite and playful Paskal top, mixing print and 3D flowers. Then I constructed the whole look, by getting inspired by the print and the structure of it. Always take the proportions in consideration when creating a silhouette, and more especially when you have such a powerful element.

Be minimalistic: Apart for the disruptive element, you shall go 100% minimalistic - unless you want to look like a total mess! For example, when I created this silhouette I went for black. Surprising isn't it? Yeah, you know my go-to silhouette is all about black, darling! So, to match the Paskal top, I went for a black slit skirt and black boots. To complete the look, I selected the most exquisite and sharp rings and earrings from designer Saskia Diez. Elegant, minimalistic but never boring!

What about the makeup?: For this look, I wanted to create nice eye-catching look wearable by day. To do so, I applied a nice iridescent beige eyeshadow on my eyelids, which gave a nice intensity to my look. Concerning the lips, I went for some red lipstick. The trick? Apply it with your finger tip. It will create a nice and more natural bitten lips effect. Add to this a nice stain and you will good to go.
