BIBO: THE CONTEMPORARY ART RESTAURANT
It has been almost four months now, since I moved to Hong Kong. The least I can say is that I am not even starting to discover the many faces of this cosmopolite city. Hong Kong is basically as a true cultural diversity, probably because of its history but also because of the number of expat living there.
This diversity generates the creation of amazing spots. One of them is Bibo. Located on Hollywood Road, which is the art gallery street of Hong Kong, Bibo is a French restaurant and bar that could be described as a crossover between a speakeasy and a contemporary art gallery. If you are a fan of streetart, you will be in heaven.
To top the mind-blowing concept, the cocktails and the food are absolutely delicious. Let me make you discover a must-go place when in Hong Kong. And so you know, if its on 4AM JOURNAL, it is a 10/10!

Artwork: Simply one-of-a-kind. I have been to many places and restaurants in my short life, but I must say that I have never seen anything like that. It's beautiful, it's different, it's unique. Probably one of the best design of restaurant ever. So many artworks... but will you be able to guess the artists? Pssst one of them is Bansky!
The food: Bibo is a Relais & Châteaux, which means that the food must be exquisite. I tried it and I recommend it. The courses are beautifully and perfectly well cooked. The ingredients are of really high quality. Bibo may be a bit expensive, but trust me you won't regret it.
A skull in your glass!: Yes, yes my dear. You read well. I had a skull in my cocktail glass. Ok, not a real one, just a piece of ice sculpted in the according shape. But it is still impressive. This is what you get when you ask for the D1 & TT, one of the signature cocktails of the extensive list proposed by Bibo. If you don't want to dine, Bibo is an amazing place to enjoy a glass of fine wine or an extremely creative cocktail with friends.
