BAMBOU: A THAI IN PARIS
I have always been fond of thai gastronomy. It is actually one of my favorite. But since I went to Thailand and tasted the really thai cuisine - breathtakingly delicious -, I have had troubles appreciating the thai restaurants in Paris. The past years, I have tried a lot of them, and even though I know it will never been as exquisite as the traditional thai, and I manage to find two or three that are really worth my attention.
Bambou is one of those addresses in Paris that I would recommend. The thai-inspired cuisine is delicious. I like the little twists the chef added to the traditional courses. The design interior is drop-dead gorgeous. To sum-up? Awesome!

Atmosphere, atmosphere...: I am obsessed with the design interior of Bambou. Obsessed! You will want to steal all the ideas for your own place. And this restaurant is full of surprises. You can have a drink in the smoking room, have lunch at the terrasse, the lunch room or the library. Totally exotic!
How yummy is it?: Exquisite. I have been to Bambou several times now, and I love, love, love the satay chicken skewers and the spicy Angus rib steak. Delicious. I also tried prawns dumplings and some of the currys. No need to say that is as good as it looks. You'll even forget to take a picture before eating - #NoFoodpornNeeded!
Book or die: Bambou, as all the good Parisian spots, is a trendy venue. So I truly recommend that you book your party few days before, to be sure you will have your table to enjoy this amazing restaurant. The booking infos are at the end of the post. Now you don't have any excuse not to go!
