The true reason: we are a bunch of lazy couch-potatoes (me included)! As the number of online orders increases, there are more and more deliveries to be made and sometimes the logistic is overruled. You probably do not want to receive your presents the day AFTER Christmas. Then pay attention to the delivery periods and do you online shopping way before the D-Day!
